He has a passion for helping people succeed in their careers and believes that with the right guidance and support, anyone can achieve their dream job.
Our services are designed to be comprehensive and flexible so that we can meet the needs of a wide range of clients on an individual basis. All coaching is on a one-on-one basis.

Coleman is a veteran of the recruiting industry having spent nearly 25 years as a Recruiter. He has reviewed tens of thousands of resumes and conducted thousands of interviews. Coleman was also one of the earliest adopters of LinkedIn and has been using the tool at an advanced level for over 20 years.
Coleman has spent the last ten years in the software sector and has focused on multiple job functions as a recruiter. He works with hiring managers to deeply understand the needs of the role both from a hard and soft skills perspective. He then interviews for both skill sets because he deeply understands the interviewing process and what the hiring manager is specifically looking for.
Coleman is a subscriber to both performance and behavioral interviewing techniques. Based on the client's need he can prepare them for whatever interview situation arises.
Coleman knows the best format for a performance-driven resume. He is a veteran of two HR software companies including an applicant tracking system as their corporate recruiter. Why is this important? Because he knows what the applicant tracking systems look for and tailors client's resumes accordingly.
Coleman has made the conscious decision to transition to career coaching to give back the knowledge he has acquired throughout his career, and to help clients take the next step in their career journey. He takes a hands-on, client-centric approach and tailors programs to clients’ needs. At the end of the day what is most important is client success in their career progression over everything else.
